HOW DOES IT WORK?

Before the photo shoot, you are fully aware of what you will get and at what price.

When we have received your inquiry, I will send you a proposal for a quote, which I want you to read carefully to see what is included and is usually valid for between 5 - 10 days. When you have confirmed that you want to book according to the quote, you send it back via email and confirm and we book a day and time.

CONSULTATION/PHOTOGRAPHY

Before the photo shoot, we have agreed on what will be photographed and how you want it to be arranged.

At a wedding, we will meet with you a few weeks before for a consultation at our home, then we will go through the agreement again and go through what is included in the respective package that you have booked and tell you how we work and what you get for your money. We will give you tips and advice. If you have suggestions, they are of course welcome. Feel free to look out for places in advance if you have any requests for special places for your wedding day. If makeup/hairstyling is booked, I will do a trial makeup and hairdo. We will take a trial photo of you so that you can "feel" how it is that you relax before your day and to get to know us better.

You decide what kind of photos you want, I always have the customer in focus and always try to photograph according to your wishes so that you get what you want. If you are unsure, I will be happy to help with ideas and make suggestions.

My wife is usually there during the photo shoot and helps with assistance with makeup, hair and fixing things up during the actual photo shoot.

OUTDOOR PHOTOGRAPHY

For outdoor photo shoots, we try to find beautiful surroundings around us, such as forests, streams, rapids, beautiful old buildings, etc. If there is a place you like especially, we are happy to go there.

STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY

In Marieholm, which is about 10 kilometers outside of Eslöv, we have our studio. Here we have different backgrounds, props, etc. We meet in the studio first and do styling, then we shoot either in the studio or at the location we have decided. During the actual photo shoot, it is my job to make you relaxed. I help with poses during the model photo shoot, play and make fun of children, calm and joke with nervous brides and grooms or you who are going to take portrait photos. The photo shoot should be a fun experience! I continuously show the photos we have taken on a computer so that you can see the result right away.

You can always bring a friend with you if you feel unsure about being alone. My wife, however, is always there for the photo shoot and helps with assistance, makeup and styling if desired

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Within about 1-2 weeks after our photo shoot, we will send you a link where you can download your photos with low-resolution images.

You can now choose in peace and quiet which photos you want enlarged according to the agreement. If you do not choose photos for your photo book within 1 year, there may be an extra cost for the book as prices can change with the supplier.

Digitally processed photos are first delivered in low resolution via a link where you download your photos and after editing in high resolution on a USB memory stick (wedding) or via a link that you receive from us.

The invoice is sent upon delivery of the first round and must be paid 5 days after the assignment is completed. After that, the final round of photos in high resolution, photo book if this is included and enlargements are sent.

USER RIGHTS

As a photographer, I own the rights to your images, which means that I will be listed as the photographer if you publish on social media, for example. You may not change the images without our permission. You may not sell images to a third party. We do not leave RAW files behind. If you absolutely do not want us to publish your images online, we will respect this.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION - DISTANCE CONTRACTS ACT (2005:59)

When booking remotely, a statutory right of cancellation of 14 days normally applies, calculated after the quote/agreement has been confirmed.
After 14 days, the right of cancellation is exhausted and the quote/agreement becomes binding. The right of cancellation must be exercised in writing via email to info@studiomix.se. After that, the cancellation rules apply. By confirming the quote, the customer confirms that he has received information about the right of cancellation. Link to form

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your wedding free of charge before the consultation has been completed. After that, you will be invoiced 25% of the agreed price according to the quote.

ILLNESS
If, against all odds, we were to become ill on the day we are to carry out the assignment, we have many contacts in the industry that we can contact, but what we cannot promise is that they will have the same prices and provide the same services as us.
